Privacy Policy
Driver Hub helps you record receipts, income and expenses and prepare working papers. It is not tax advice, not an official ATO form, and does not lodge a BAS or tax return for you.
Who we are
Driver Hub is a truck-driver tax and diesel-planning product (Taxation Hub and Fuel Hub). Contact: support@godriverhub.com.
What we collect
- Account — username, email, salted password hash, plan/billing identifiers.
- Profile — name, employer, licence class, driver type, salary, work vehicle, optional presets.
- Ledgers and uploads — income and expense rows, receipt/payslip images or PDFs, OCR text extracted from those files.
- Device — session cookie after sign-in; camera or photo-library access only when you scan or pick a receipt.
- Support — messages you send through the Support form.
- Payments (website only) — Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored in our database.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use receipt photos for advertising.
Camera and photos
The camera and photo library are used only to photograph or upload receipts and payslips that you choose to save to your account. You can refuse and still upload a file instead. Photos stay in your signed-in account until you delete the receipt or the account.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your own account: Profile → Delete account. Type
DELETE and your password. That wipes the login, ledgers, receipt files and
(when Stripe is configured) cancels any paid subscription immediately.
